The bestseller is the Giotto 11, suitable for soft serve, açaí, and soft ice cream. This year's new release is the Giotto 21, featuring 2 chambers and the option for a twist of two soft serves. In the future, the Giotto 11, like the new Giotto 21, will be available with propane and without a water connection for environmental reasons.
