Açaí Dessert
Ingredients
- 300 g Açaí sorbet from Vibe Açaí
- 4–5 strawberries, halved
- ½ mango, cut into pieces
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 handful of blackberries
- 30 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 3 tablespoons of açaí sorbet, melted into a sauce + a few drops of lemon juice
Tips
Serve in a nice crystal bowl or glass bowl for an extra elegant presentation. The sauce is easy to make: simply let a little sorbet melt and stir in a few drops of lemon juice. Pour it over the dish just before serving.

Procedure
- Set aside 3 ss of açaí sorbet at room temperature to melt into a sauce. Stir in a few drops of lemon juice once it has softened.
- Take the rest of the sorbet out of the freezer 2–3 minutes before serving.
- Scoop 2–3 generous scoops of sorbet into a crystal bowl or deep glass bowl.
- Arrange the strawberries and mango pieces around the sorbet.
- Scatter blueberries and blackberries among the fruit.
- Break the chocolate into irregular pieces and press them into the dessert.
- Sprinkle coconut flakes on top and pour the melted açaí sauce over everything.
- Serve immediately.
