Açaí Dessert

Ingredients

  • 300 g Açaí sorbet from Vibe Açaí
  • 4–5 strawberries, halved
  • ½ mango, cut into pieces
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 handful of blackberries
  • 30 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons of açaí sorbet, melted into a sauce + a few drops of lemon juice
Tips

Serve in a nice crystal bowl or glass bowl for an extra elegant presentation. The sauce is easy to make: simply let a little sorbet melt and stir in a few drops of lemon juice. Pour it over the dish just before serving.

Procedure

  1. Set aside 3 ss of açaí sorbet at room temperature to melt into a sauce. Stir in a few drops of lemon juice once it has softened.
  2. Take the rest of the sorbet out of the freezer 2–3 minutes before serving.
  3. Scoop 2–3 generous scoops of sorbet into a crystal bowl or deep glass bowl.
  4. Arrange the strawberries and mango pieces around the sorbet.
  5. Scatter blueberries and blackberries among the fruit.
  6. Break the chocolate into irregular pieces and press them into the dessert.
  7. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top and pour the melted açaí sauce over everything.
  8. Serve immediately.
